About Subbclub
Subbclub develops production software for environments where scale, money, operational control, integrations, and long-term maintainability matter.
The company
Subbclub has worked in software engineering since 2014. More than 300 projects have been developed over that time, ranging from focused applications and internal tools to multi-role platforms with financial processing, external integrations, background workers, and large operational teams.
Twenty-five of those projects are high-load systems designed for substantial production traffic. This experience includes platforms serving millions of users, large product catalogs, distributed worker workloads, multi-provider payment routes, and infrastructure deployed across more than one hundred servers.
The company works across the complete technical lifecycle: discovery, architecture, interface and workflow design, backend and API development, administration tools, mobile clients, integration, deployment, stabilization, documentation, and long-term evolution.
Experience
The portfolio spans systems with different audiences and business models, but the recurring engineering concerns are consistent: explicit state, reliable integrations, clear roles, operational visibility, and controlled failure recovery.
Payment orchestration, provider routing, callbacks, chargebacks, merchant operations, loyalty-point processing, travel services, product catalogs, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Supplier catalogs, carts, orders, online payment initiation, vendor cabinets, courier workflows, delivery pricing, imports, status lifecycles, and administrator control.
Airline ticket search and booking systems, including availability retrieval, offer normalization, itinerary selection, booking workflows, supplier integration, and supporting operational processes.
Role-based back offices for operators, finance teams, suppliers, clinics, doctors, couriers, community administrators, support teams, and other production roles.
Patient, doctor, clinic, rehabilitation-specialist, and administrator workflows coordinated across schedules, visits, files, orders, payments, and mobile interfaces.
Native Apple and Android applications, Telegram web apps, bot-connected workflows, widgets, API-backed client interfaces, and platform publication preparation.
Secure connectivity clients, service routing, access control, queue and worker subsystems, CLI tooling, scheduled jobs, deployment automation, and operational diagnostics.
Representative systems
A banking loyalty marketplace operated for several years at a peak scale of more than 20 million users, around 1.5 million active offers and products, and a footprint of more than 100 servers. It combined customer interfaces, supplier APIs, travel services, administration, reporting, worker operations, and an independent financial-processing subsystem.
Other completed systems include multi-channel payment orchestration, rehabilitation-service coordination, Telegram community administration, bicycle-delivery marketplace operations, mobile utility applications, and the Eithel VPN client family.
Engineering practice
Public interfaces are only one part of a production product. Subbclub treats APIs, administrative tools, queues, scheduled operations, reports, permissions, audit trails, deployment, diagnostics, and recovery procedures as first-class parts of the implementation.
Systems may be created from an early brief, rebuilt from an outdated platform, separated into frontend and backend layers, or stabilized while already operating. The implementation model follows the actual operational problem rather than a fixed delivery template.
