Medchest for Android

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Medchest Android application handles the medicine list stored on the user's device.

  • Effective: August 27, 2026
  • Version: 2026-08-27
  • Package: com.subbclub.medchest

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Medchest application for Android, distributed under package identifier com.subbclub.medchest. Medchest is a simple utility that allows the user to maintain a personal list of medicines on the device.

2. Information stored by Medchest

The medicine list entered by the user is stored locally in the application's private storage on the Android device. Because a medicine list may reveal health-related information, users should treat access to the device as sensitive.

Medchest does not require registration or an application account.

3. Server-side collection and sharing

Medchest does not send the user's medicine list or personal data to application servers operated by Subbclub.

The application does not provide server synchronization for the medicine list.

Medchest does not sell or share the medicine list with advertisers or other third parties.

4. Device and platform services

When Medchest is distributed through Google Play, Google may process download, installation, device, security, and diagnostic information independently under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

The application itself does not upload the medicine list. Android or device-manufacturer backup services may copy application data if device backup is enabled and the operating system permits that data to be backed up. Backup behavior is controlled by the device, operating-system configuration, and the user's account settings.

5. Retention and deletion

The medicine list remains on the device until the user removes entries, clears Medchest's application data, or uninstalls the application. Copies created by an operating-system backup service are governed by that service and the user's backup settings.

6. Security

Medchest stores its application data in Android private application storage. Users are responsible for protecting access to their device with appropriate device-security controls. No storage method can guarantee absolute protection.

7. Children

Medchest is a general organizational utility and is not designed or marketed specifically for children.

8. User choices and privacy requests

Users can manage or remove entries inside the application and can delete local application data through Android settings or by uninstalling Medchest.

Because Subbclub does not receive the medicine list through an application server, Subbclub cannot retrieve or delete that local list remotely. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if Medchest's features or data handling change. The effective date and version at the top of this page identify the current publication.
