Case study

Mobile Rehabilitation

Mobile Rehabilitation (Мобильная реабилитация) is a developed and implemented digital platform for coordinating rehabilitation services after injuries or surgery.

Case summary

A coordination system for rehabilitation operations

The system was built from scratch from business briefs, without a complete technical specification, to coordinate internal rehabilitation workflows and keep routine operations simple for doctors, clinics, specialists, administrators, and patients.

Problem

Scheduling and coordination were the core challenge

Administrators needed to coordinate doctor schedules, rehabilitation specialists, clinic appointments, and home visits for patients in one workflow.

Our role

Full system implementation

The work covered backend/API, patient account, administrative dashboard, clinic cabinet, doctor cabinet, orders, payments, files, CMS integration, and site implementation.

System surface

Patients, clinics, doctors, administrators, mobile API

The platform connected patient workflows with clinic operations, doctor schedules, administrator controls, file handling, orders, and mobile-backed integrations.

Result

Rehabilitation requests became coordinated workflows

Clinics and doctors received role-specific cabinets, while administrators received a single control layer for appointments, specialists, patient requests, and service operations.

Why it matters

Healthcare services depend on coordination

For rehabilitation after injuries or surgery, operational clarity matters: schedules, visits, files, orders, and responsibilities need to be visible and manageable.

Implemented program

Coordinating rehabilitation work in one system

The program helps patients arrange and manage rehabilitation after trauma, surgery, or related medical problems. It connects patient requests, partner clinics, rehabilitation doctors, administrative coordination, treatment-course statuses, appointments, rehabilitation programs, files, orders, and payment history.

Subbclub developed and implemented the platform as a multi-part system: public web presence, patient account, backend API, administrative dashboard, clinic cabinet, doctor cabinet, payment/order workflows, and mobile integrations through the platform API.

  • Patient account and rehabilitation-course workflow
  • Clinic and doctor coordination areas
  • Administrative dashboard for operational control
  • Backend API connecting web and mobile surfaces
  • Payment, order, and file handling flows

Platform scope

Core modules

Patient

Personal account

Registration, profile management, course creation, treatment-course status tracking, visible schedules, files, comments, payment history, and order records.

Clinic

Clinic cabinet

Tools for coordinating doctors, patients, procedures, schedules, tariffs, orders, and approval steps inside the rehabilitation workflow.

Doctor

Doctor cabinet

Schedule management, initial consultation flow, day-by-day rehabilitation programs, procedure planning, and completion status updates.

Admin

Operational dashboard

Administrative views for patients, clinics, doctors, tariffs, procedures, comments, course statuses, additional invoices, and workflow resets.

API

Backend integration

A backend/API layer connects public website flows, user accounts, clinic and doctor modules, administrator tools, payment handling, and mobile integrations.

Data

Access separation

The system was built for sensitive healthcare workflows with separate patient, clinic, doctor, partner/admin, and secure-payment contexts.

Impact

Structured rehabilitation access

The platform made rehabilitation coordination more structured by giving patients a clear way to request rehabilitation, coordinate clinics and doctors, review their program, track course status, and see payment/order history.

For healthcare staff and administrators, it provided tools to schedule consultations and procedures, coordinate treatment plans, manage course statuses, process comments and issues, and keep operational records in one system.

  • Coordinated doctor, clinic, specialist, and patient schedules
  • Role-specific areas for patients, clinics, doctors, and administrators
  • Course statuses, appointments, files, comments, orders, and payments in one workflow
  • Backend API connecting web, cabinet, and mobile surfaces

Engineering

Technical emphasis

The implementation emphasizes a reliable backend/API, multi-role access separation, administrative workflows, scheduling and treatment-program coordination, payment/order integration, file handling, and maintainable integration between several application surfaces.

  • Mobile-first patient workflow
  • Multi-role backend/API architecture
  • Scheduling and course-status coordination
  • Payment and order workflow integration
  • Long-term maintainability
